"Ms, Lourice, MT Bank is closing my acct because of fraud activity, NOT RELATED TO ME. This is why starting December the bank did not pay anything, and this is why they sacrificed me without any of my guilt. I JUST RECEIVED THEIR LETTER. All the rest time till yesterday I was not aware of what is going on. Who I have to present the papers I received and to request to have my current status and payment taken back to where they were before the mess? "Good customer service. They lure you with great insurance rates, by comparison to previous insurance premiums, then the increases start happening on a monthly basis. I even dropped a car from the policy, however, now I'm paying more for 3 cars than I did for 4 cars at the start, six months ago when I switched."

"For years I have used Liberty Mutual and without explanation they increased my premiums by $2000. I called several companies and because I reached out to State Farm, Lourice Karkar contacted me. She could not have been more helpful. She reviewed my previous policy and was able to get me better coverage at a lower price than my original premiums at Liberty Mutual. She was professional and nonpressured in her advice. The transition to State Farm was therefore seamless. I was so pleased that I referred my good friend to her."
