"I never leave reviews - Avoid This State Farm Agency at All Costs! I have never dealt with such a dishonest and unprofessional insurance agency. The employees at this location, under this manager, have lied repeatedly, overcharged me every month, and claimed certain charges were "one-time payments"—only for them to show up again on my bill. The lack of communication is beyond frustrating, and any attempt to get clarity or a resolution is met with excuses and runarounds. If you value transparency, fair pricing, and reliable service, do NOT trust this agency. They will take advantage of you and make every process more difficult than it needs to be. Stay far away from this State Farm location!"
"Darya, you started you auto insurance back on December 2024 and you accepted to enroll in drive safe and save program to get the 10% discount and beacon device was mailed to you immediately, several texting /phone calls /emails sent to you to remind you to complete set up and no response or action from your side. Due to not responding , the discount was removed on Jan 2025 and you called office to put the discount back and you confirmed you will complete set up , so my team helped you to put the discount back again and another beacon mailed to you . again, several texts/calls/emails reminders sent to you to complete set up which never completed , so discount was removed again. you called my office last week requested to cancel and demanding for full refund and getting you back discount for drive safe and save that you did not qualify for . On top of that you were threatening my team with inappropriate language and sending a negative review. I hope this clarifies why you didn't get your refund you expected and if you can be held accountable for not setting up the discount. "
